SPHERES Piano and classical guitar introduce opera singer Tanya Bail's beautiful singing of this moody wordless melody, with swelling string section chords joined by rhythm section, accordion and slide guitar. Subtly matched by a Kyoto street performers virtuosic manipulation of glass spheres, combining a zen buddhist visual with a Morriconi-esque track. From the Tony Faehse album "If you're a cat..." (Planet/MGM)

COMES THE MORNING SULPHUR-CRESTED COCKATOOS (we call them 'cockies') feature in this clip of a song about how welcome the morning can be; shot as I welcomed the morning at home. Every autumn for a few weeks the local flock of cockies feast on the berries on the Lowen tree in our front yard, and always crack us up with their antics. The track also features incredibly simpatico vocals from Diana Clark and beautiful playing from Jen Anderson on violin and George Butrumlis on accordion.

CAT DREAMS ...moody-groove twin guitar instrumental with images of some of my favourite cat's dreams. Also featuring Tony Floyd (drums) Steve Hadley (bass) & Bruce Haymes (keyboards) Images are from my Kodachrome slide collection, from shots I took of our cats, mostly Casper (big boy), Puss (his mum, in the mutual adoration shots) and Maybeline (his sister, amongst flowers) from the late 70's and 80's. Also a couple of tabby Hot Doggie from London in the early '70's.

TIME also featuring George Butrumlis (accordion) Diana Clark (vocals) and Steve Hadley (bass). Images by pre-Raphaelite illustrator Eleanor Fortescue Brickdale from Alfred Lord Tennyson's 1911 Arthurian legend epic prose work 'The Idyls of the King'

ON GOSSAMER WINGS - The effortless flight of the dragonfly is the focal point for this introspective ballad, musings on life and nature inspired by the tranquility of a garden pond. ST TROPEZ.........such great work by young Melbourne filmaker Megan Voevodin, shot on 8mm film, the legendary Euro-trash playground of St Tropez being transported to St Kilda for the occasion! Looks like a long lost home movie discovered in your Aunt Mame's attic! Extra thanks to Sohi, the star of the show!
